MountainBoarder.com is run by NRX Productions. Dedicated to core media publishing, NRX has its roots in surfing and skating. We are from the West Coast of California and have traveled to many places throughout the world to mountainboard, surf, and snowboard.

All merchandise is shipped UPS ground usually delivered in 4-10 days. We currently only ship within the continental US.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order if the product has not been shipped and a full refund will be issued through Pay Pal. Contact us at nrx@mountainboarder.com to see if your order has been shipped.

Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 15 days of the order. Customer will pay original shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping fees. Contact us at nrx@mountainboarder.com if you wish to return an order.
